- Garlic (minimum 2 full heads of garlic but use as many as you’d like)
Croatian extra virgin olive oil
Peel all individual garlic cloves and cover in Croatian extra virgin olive oil in an oven safe dish. Bake on 115 degrees C (240 degrees F) for 2 hours. Store in an airtight container in fridge for up to 3 weeks.
