Shrimp, crushed tomatoes, and feta may sound like an unconventional combination, but together they create the delicious Greek dish known as Shrimp Saganaki. Shrimp is lightly seasoned and pan-fried until juicy, then topped with a rich tomato sauce and salty feta cheese. Served hot with a side of crusty bread, it's a satisfying meal for any seafood lover. However, Shrimp Saganaki also lends itself well to entertaining; the dish can be easily cooked in individual portions and served as an appetizer or tapas-style starter. Next time you're looking for something new to try in the kitchen, give Shrimp Saganaki a chance – your taste buds won't be disappointed.
