Pumpkin Cheesecake Ice Cream
Selo Olive Oil
8 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
½ cup heavy cream
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 tbsp Croatian extra virgin olive oil
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Ground cinnamon, for garnish as desired
A pinch of salt
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients. Mix until smooth with an electric mixer or wooden spoon in batches if necessary!
Once the mixture has been properly integrated, put it in a bowl and cover with plastic. Store bowl in the freezer for 24 hours.
