• Discretionary Provision: Selo Olive Oil reserves the right to provide free olive oil to selected recipients at its sole discretion. The company is not obligated to provide olive oil to every applicant.
• No Entitlement: Participation in the Selo Olive Oil Bursary Program does not entitle applicants to receive olive oil. The provision of free olive oil is a discretionary gesture of support and not a contractual obligation.
• Application Review: Selo Olive Oil will review all applications submitted for the bursary program. The selection of recipients will be based on the company's assessment of eligibility and other factors, as determined by the company.
• Changes to Program: Selo Olive Oil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the bursary program at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to eligibility criteria, application processes, and the frequency or quantity of olive oil provided.
• Confidentiality: All personal information provided by applicants will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of evaluating eligibility for the bursary program. Selo Olive Oil is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of applicant information and will not share applicant information with third parties under any circumstances. Upon completion of the evaluation process, all personal data collected for the bursary program will be securely destroyed in accordance with data protection best practices.
• Voluntary Participation: Participation in the Selo Olive Oil Bursary Program is voluntary. Applicants may withdraw their application or choose not to participate at any time.
• No Monetary Compensation: Recipients of the Selo Olive Oil Bursary Program are not entitled to any form of monetary compensation. The program exclusively provides free olive oil to selected recipients.
• Compliance with Laws: All participants in the Selo Olive Oil Bursary Program must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Any fraudulent or illegal activities related to the program may result in disqualification.
