 
                      Croatian Arugula Nectarine Summer Salad

Ingredients
- 
1 cup arugula 
- 
1 cup nectarines, sliced 
- 
1 cup white grapes, pitted and sliced 
- 
1 cup perlini mozzarella balls, whole 
- 
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced 
- 
1 cup red onions, julienned 
- 
                
2 tbsp Selo extra virgin olive oil 
- 
1 tbsp honey 
- 
A drizzle of balsamic glaze 
- 
1 tsp Mediterranean seasoning mix (or dried oregano) 
Directions
- Arrange the salad greens, nectarines, and perlinis in a large bowl. 
- Add all of the ingredients for the honey dressing to a blender or food processor or and blend until smooth. 
- Toss the ingredients together with desired amount of dressing. 
- Serve with an additional drizzle of honey, olive oil and/or balsamic glaze, to taste.
